Four member armed gang assaulted HR executive & robbed at knife point on Bengaluru-Mysuru Highway made away with valuables worth Rs.1.5 lakhs

Gang of four robbed a private firm employee while he was returning to City from mysore in car on mysore Bengaluru expressway in ramnagar.

While the police are busy focusing on over speeding vehicles,an armed gang of four assaulted a 25-year-old HR executive and robbed his valuables at knife point at Kannamangala bridge in Ramanagara on Friday.

The victim Dhanush G,resident of Kengeri and working in ITC company was returning home after attending a funeral of his relative at Mysore.

While his car reached Kannamangala bridge at around 8.15 pm a gang of four men posing as policemen intercepted his car.

Questioning him,they started banging the windshielid to open.scared of their behaviour when Dhanush opened the door and got down to object.

The accuse beat him up and robbed his gold chain with pendent worth Rs.1.5 lakhs at knife point and sped away.

The victim in his complaint said that he was alone and so scared of the incident that he did not even noticed the registration number of the bikes.

Based on the complaint,the Ramanagar rural police have registered a case of robbery and are investigating .

It may be recalled that the Ramanagara police have stepped up patrolling and deployed speed radar guns at the strategic locations to check over speeding vehicles to contain growing number of fatal accidents on expressway.
