Nigerian National arrested by Northeast CEN Police for running fake job racket offering jobs in Hotel

The Northeast division cyber crime police on Monday arrested a Nigerian national who was running a job racket and cheating people offering jobs in hotel management and hospitals.

Based on a complaint from a victim of Dodda Gubbi, the police track down the accused Nokocho Ikemba from Faridabad where he had rented a house and operating.

The police have also recovered six mobile phones , laptops and two debit cards from him.

The accused had promised the victim staff nurse job at a reputed hospital in UK and made her to transfer Rs. 34,07,542 to his account on the pretext of different fee and services charges .

The accused had cheated many people in the state offering job in hotel and service industry and made away with lakhs of rupees,senior officer said.

The accused also cheated many people in Telangana and Tamilnadu and since he was operating remotely and hoodwinking the police .

However the Northeast Division police based on digital evidence traced his address and arrested him.
