A 10 year old fourth standard girl of a private school died allegedly due to teacher’s beating on Friday.
The victim,Nishitha was punished as part of disciplinary action.
While hitting second time she tried to escape and fell down and sustained injuries and fell unconscious.
A 4 std student of R D international school, Gangammagudi named Nishita collapsed at around 1.30 pm in her classroom, allegedly when teacher was punishing the students.
She was rushed to hospital by teachers but was declared brought dead. They took body to girls home.
Based on the complaint by father the Gangammangudi police have registered a case under Section 174 C of the Cr.PC. Investigation is on said a senior officer.
