Rowdy-Sheeter arrested for assaulting and threatening hotel staff in Bengaluru

The Amruthalli police have arrested a rowdy-sheeter for threatening staff of fast food joint in Amruthalli after they asked him to for the bill for the food he had .

The accused created rucks and threatened the staff with dire consequences before leaving the joint in huff.

The accused Manjunath,a cab driver by profession having several cases pending against him barged into North Indian fast food joint at Jakkur circle and ordered food and left soon after having the food on Sunday .

The staff when confronted him asking for the bill, Manjunath created ruckus and manhandled the staff and abused the woman staff verbally before leaving in a huff.The entire incident was recorded on the CCTV .

The incident was later brought to the notice of the owner, Vikas Kumar, who filed a complaint with Amruthalli police and shut down the hotel fearing severe consequences.

Based on the complaint, the police arrested Manjunath and charged him under assault, criminal intimidation and public nuisance against him.

In another incident,the Puttenahalli police arrested a 38-year-old rowdy who is on the run for the last four years.

The accused Muniyallappa having seven criminal cases pending against him and several warrants against him was track down by police and arrested .

He was taken into custody for questioning to ascertain his criminal records during this period.
