he alert night patrolling police of Subramanyanagar police station arrested three bike lifters in separate cases and recovered 13 stolen bikes worth total Rs.8.1 lakh from them.
The accused Ajay, 23,and his associate,Abdul Sheikh, 21 were arrested On RP road by night beat police when they confronted the duo moving suspiciously .
The duo upon questioning confessed that they were stealing bikes parked in front of the houses.
The accused would perform stunts using the stolen bikes for few days and sell it to their contacts for a throwaway prices .
Based on their confession,the police arrested another accused and recovered the total 13 bikes from them.
With their arrest the police have solved five bike theft cases and investigating further .
Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,CH Pratap Reddy has appreciated Addl CP West,Sandeep Patil,DCP North,Vinayak Patil,ACP,Praveen M, PI,Sharangowda VH,PSIs,as,Amaraiah H,crime staff as,Gunashekar,Nataraju,HR Narasimhamurthy,Jagadish,Ranjith Kumar,Chandrakanth,and Dharnesh has been appreciated for their active presence while on duty helped to nab three notorious bike lifters which helped in solve five bike theft cases a suitable reward will be given to whole team he added.
