Abhijit Ray, Kolkata:Gautam Adani almost took control of the private media NDTV group. Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy resigned from the board of directors of the company. This information has been provided by the Board to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The proposal is up to December 5. Adani Group is paying Tk 294 per share to buy those shares. They will buy 1.6 crore shares in all.
