Deputy commissioner of Police West division, Laxman B Nimbargi on Thursday issued a circular directing the police personnel on duty to follow the traffic rules .
The directions was issued after one of the enforcement camera installed caught a cheetah patrolling policeman attached to Kalasipalya police riding without helmet .
The riding without helmet violations was generated and notice issued to the station to pay the fine of Rs.500.
Taking a serious note,the DCP, West division, directed the in-charge of the station to pay the fine and submit the details .
The circular also instructed the police personnel to follow traffic rules without fail .
The police personnel riding bikes should wear helmets compulsorily and report on this should be submitted for further course of action,the circular stated.
