Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has tested positive for Covid-19 on August 7th and has isolated himself at home.
He has requested those who came in touch with them in the last few days to isolate themselves and get tested.
The Chief Minister has cancelled his scheduled visit to Delhi.
Former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa and Bommai’s ministerial colleagues Ashwathnarayan,Halappa Achar,Prabhu Chauhan, BC Nagesh and others called the Chief Minister over phone and enquired about his health.
The Chief Minister is resting at his RT Nagar residence.
