Offering namaz in Karnataka High Court premises,Registrar filed complaint against miscreant video filmed

The Vidhana Soudha police on Monday registered an FIR against unknown person who has uploaded a video of a person praying in high court premises and put it on social media with a caption Namaz in High court premises .

The video posted in one of the online media house went viral to create communal disturbance for which the officials of the high court taking objection asked the jurisdictional police to investigate and take legal action.

The accused despite orders that no video recording is allowed trespassed and recorded the video and uploaded it on social media on FB and twitter with an intent to spread communal disharmony, the complaint,said .

The police are now trying to track down the accused through the IP address and from the source where it was uploaded.

Based on the complaint filed by NG,Dinesh, Registrar administration,the Vidhana Soudha police have registered a complaint and charged the unknown person under section 447 (criminal trespass)and section 505 (publishes or circulates any statement,rumour or report,Statements creating or promoting enmity,hatred or ill will between classes) of the IPC and further investigation is on said a senior officer.
