The Annapoorneshwari Nagar police Have arrested two persons red handed while they were trying to Sell pangolin shells on Friday.
The accused have been identified as Ibrahim and Mariswamy,from Sandur in Ballari were waiting for their clients to hand over the shells,when a team of police arrested them.The total seized shell estimated to be around 8.2 kgs.
Probe so far revealed that the accused are part of the poachers gang and efforts are on to track others .
The accused have been booked under various sections of the wild life act .
