Two Foreigners detained by Banaswadi police for jumping bail

In a special drive conducted by East division police,the Banaswadi Police detained two Congo nationals namely,Ndasi Didier (26),Congo National and Buheshe Bahogwerhe,(27 yrs), Congo National,who were out on bail and absconding.

They were produced before the Foreigners
Regional Registration Office.The FRRO after verification,issued movement restriction
order and referred them to Foreigners Detention Center,situated in Nelamangala,Bengaluru District.

The two Congo nationals were previously arrested under foreigners act and sent to judicial custody,they were released on bail recently,but jumped the bail conditions.

The East Division Police have taken a special drive to identify and trace the illegal foreign nationals who were involved in criminal activities and are out on bail.

It’s off late observed and more pertinent that many illegal foreign nationals who were arrested for charges under Foreigners Act,NDPS act, IPC or for other offences are coming out on bail and again indulging into criminal activities, SD Sharanappa, DCP, East division,told reporters.

The drive will be continued to identify on such foreign nationals who were violating the rules he added.
