Leadership Change:We Will Abide by High Command’s Decision,Says Home Minister G.Parameshwara

Karnataka Home Minister,G.Parameshwara on Wednesday said that cases involving the mixing of MDMA drugs with Xylazine injections—commonly used for horses—have been reported in several states, and a similar incident has now come to light in Bengaluru.

Speaking to reporters after a public event,he said the police have initiated an investigation based on a video that has gone viral on social media and assured that the cases will be thoroughly probed and those involved will be traced.

Responding to questions on a possible leadership change,Parameshwara stated that all party members would abide by the decision of the high command.

“Whatever decision the high command takes,we will accept it like disciplined soldiers,”he said.

On the issue of internal reservation,the Home Minister reiterated the government’s commitment, stating that there is no question of going back.There are 101 communities in the Scheduled Caste list.

We are ensuring that no injustice is caused to any group. Discussions are ongoing, and necessary corrections will be made,” he added.

He also mentioned that land for the construction of the Superintendent of Police (SP) office in Bengaluru Rural district will be provided by District In-charge Minister K.H.Muniyappa.The construction work will commence once the land is officially handed over.
