In a swift action,the Halasurgate police on Saturday arrested the building owner charging them death due to negligence .
The duo have been taken into custody for further questioning to ascertain the details of the building , safety measures and violations they have committed and remanded the duo Sandeep Shetty and Balakrishnaiah Shetty to judicial custody on Sunday.
