Fear of rowdy elements continues to haunt parts of Bengaluru,with two rival groups clashing in Vinobanagar on JC Road on Thursday evening.
The incident took place around 6 pm,when members of the two groups reportedly attacked each other with machetes and other deadly weapons.
Three people sustained serious injuries and are undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital.
The clash reportedly broke out between members of the Doddiveerappa group and the Maulana group from Vinobanagar.
The accused have been identified as Azam,Amjad,Avaiz, Mubarak,Khalil and Illuba.
A case has been registered at the Kalasipalya Police Station,and police have launched an investigation to ascertain the exact reason behind the clash and trace those involved in the attack.
