Ramjas International School successfully hosted its two-day Model United Nations Conference, 2025, on November 8th and 9th, bringing together over 300 delegates from schools across Delhi-NCR. The event served as a vibrant platform for young minds to engage in global discourse, diplomacy and decision-making on pressing international issues.
The opening ceremony on November 8th was graced by His Excellency Minister-Counsellor Ulzit Luvsanjav Choi from the Embassy of Mongolia as the Chief Guest and Ms. Soumya Gautam, Deputy Director, Climate Change Division, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, as the Guest of Honour. Both dignitaries lauded the students for their awareness, confidence and research on global environmental and political issues.
The two-day event witnessed intense debate, collaboration, and innovative resolutions across multiple committees, reflecting the participants’ deep understanding of international relations and leadership.
The closing ceremony on November 9th, 2025 was a grand affair, attended by Dr. Vipin Gaur, General Secretary, Newspaper Association of India, as the Chief Guest and Mr. Harpal Singh Flora, National Organising Secretary and Chairman (North India), Newspaper Association of India, as the Guest of Honour. The guests appreciated the initiative of the school in nurturing young diplomats and commended the students for their eloquence and passion for global issues.
The event concluded with the distribution of awards to outstanding delegates and a resounding sense of accomplishment among all participants. MUN, 2025 once again reaffirmed Ramjas International School’s commitment to fostering global citizenship, critical thinking and leadership among students.
