In a freak accident,a cooking oil laden truck plough into the petrol pump station when staff were busy filing the petrol to few vehicles owners at Nayara petrol station in Chamarajpet on Thursday.
The truck heading to KR Market from Srirangapatna barged into the station and crashed into the office while the staff and the vehicle owners ran helter-skelter to safety .
The officer of the petrol station was damaged and the truck driver and a staff sitting in the office sustained fracture injuries.,
A two wheeler was mangled in the accident.Luckily no serious injuries were reported,a senior officer,said .
The Chamarajpet police have taken up a case and are investigating.
