A skeleton was found in the fourth floor of an under construction residential apartment in Kothanur police station limits on Friday.
The incident came to light when the labourers went to the fourth floor of the apartment for cleaning work and noticed the skeleton lying .
They informed the security guard who in turn alerted the police.The Police along with the SOCO team rushed to the spot and conducted investigations.
Police suspect that the death might have occurred around an year ago as the apartment was abandoned
Due to civil dispute pending in the court for many years.
The work started a month ago and the labourers on Friday went to the fourth floor to clean up and to resume work .
The deceased was male aged around 40 years,the police said adding that they are awaiting for the report from the FSL to further investigation.
