Road Rage:Four men booked for assaulting BMTC driver over road rage in Kaderenahalli cross in Bengaluru

The KS Layout police on registered a case against the four men who assaulted the BMTC driver over road rage in Kaderenahalli cross on Thursday .

The 210 Q bus driver,Hucchirappa was heading towads Kaderenahalli cross when four men on two bikes came from the opposite side in a wrong way and shouted at the driver .

When Hucchirappa reacted to this,the four men barged into the bus and hurled abuses and dragged him out before he was assaulted .

The conductor of the bus Prakash alerted the control room before reporting the matter to his seniors following the accused fled the scene .

Vigilance Director,Abdul Aahad rushed to the spot and sent the driver to the hospital for medical care before filing a case against the four .

BMTC,Managing Director took cognisance of the incident asked the officials to chalk out strategies to ensure necessary protection to the BMTC staff to prevent such incidents in future .

The police are now analysing the CCTV footage from in and around to identify the accused .

In a similar incident,the Banasawadi police are on the lookout for a two wheeler rider who armed with a knife created ruckus on the busy road near Lingarajapuram flyover over road rage on Thursday.

The accused was riding the bike and had an argument with a goods autorickshaw driver on the busy road.The accused stopped the bike,pulled out a knife and tried to attack the autorickshaw driver.Even though the driver escaped narrowly, the accused damaged the vehicle .

Few people rushed to the help and pacified the accused before allowing the driver to move on:Panic gripped among the road users for sometime when they noticed a knife-weilding man shouting attacking the driver in the middle of the road,causing traffic jam for sometime .

One of the passers-by recorded the incident on his mobile phone which went went viral on social media , questioning the police inaction
