Double Murder:Bengaluru Man allegedly kills two nephews leaves third critically injured over petty issue, accused arrested by Hebbagodi police

Two children killed,one injured after relative attacks them over petty issue in Bengaluru’s Hebbagodi.

The Hebbagodi police have arrested a 25-year-old man for hammering his three nephews after locking the house on Saturday following which two were killed on the spot while another one critical .

The accused Kasim Pasha according to the senior officer is said to be unemployed and living with his elder brother Chand Pasha and family for the last five years .

Chand Pasha is native of Yadgir and living in a rented house with his wife,Rehana and three minor children Ishaq,8,Junaid,6 and Roshan,5 .

The accused Khasim is also staying with the Chand Pasha ‘s family along with his mother.

The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon when Chand Pasha,a daily wage labourer had gone to work and Rehana had left to bank to get some money leaving the children under the care of grandmother after they had come from morning class .

The accused who who around,barged into the house locked the door from inside and assaulted the children with hammer and iron rod after stuffing their mouth with a cloth.

The grandmother and neighbours hearing the commotion rushed to the spot and forced open the door to find the three children in the pool of blood.

The Hebbagodi police based on the information rushed to the spot and shifted the children to the hospital where the doctors declared two children as brought dead.

While the third child was critical and shifted to NIMHANS for further treatment .

The police arrested Khasim who according to the police incoherent in his statement and looked like disturbed.The accused is suffering from health issues and unemployed.He used to have frequent fights with family members and run away.

The accused was traced a month ago and brought back by Chand pasha from Tamilnadu.

The Neighbours are shocked by his behaviour.Khasim is weird person and used to fight with Chand Pasha all the time.:Last time he had a fight with his brother over a trivial row over mobile charger and left home.

Chand Pasha had sought our help to trace him and we had joined him to search and finally traced him in Tamil Nadu to bring him back .

“It was shocking how he can killed the children who used to stay and play with him all the time “,Toufiq, a neighbour,said .

Joint Commissioner of Police, (East),Ramesh Banoth , who visited the scene of crime and supervised the investigations, said that it is yet to be clear the reason behind the murder.We are questioning the accused to ascertain the exact reason “,he said .
