Habitual offender and his four associates arrested by HAL police for hacking his friend turned foe to death over trivial row

The HAL police have arrested a 25-year-old habitual offender along with four of his associates for hacking his friend turned foe to death in Anbasandrapalya on June 18.

The deceased mohammed Nayeen having multiple cases pending against him and presently staying in Kengeri . He was working in a chicken stall and had come to meet his relative in Annasandrapalya.

Nayeen was returning home on motorcycle when he confronted the prime accused Shafiq TS and his associates.

Nayeen had assaulted Shafiq in 2012 over trivial row and the later had nurtured grudges against him.

After Nayeen shifted his base to Kengeri Shafiq was waiting for the oppertunity to avenge .

On June 18 when Shafiq confronted Nayeen,he along with his associates chased and attacked Nayeen with lethal weapons.

The severely injured Nayeen was admitted to a private hospital where he succumbed on July 5.

Based on the complaint filed by father of the deceased the police track down the accused Shafiq along with his associates Saddam Hussain,27,Yatish Pushparaj,29, Irfan pasha,27 and Imran Khan,26, charging them under murder .

The accused have been produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody.
