An unknown award has been given for an unknown achievement,remarked former Chief Minister and MP Basavaraj Bommai sarcastically.
Responding to a question about the AICC Backward Classes Committee conferring the title of Nyaya Yodha (Warrior of Justice) upon Rahul Gandhi,he told reporters here on Thursday that no one knows to whom Rahul Gandhi delivered justice.They’ve given an unknown award for an unknown achievement.”I wish him well”.
Asked about the Andhra Pradesh government’s invitation to the aerospace industry,Bommai said,aerospace technology has been rooted in Karnataka for the past six to seven decades.The aerospace industry will not move out of Karnataka.
Asked whether former ministers B.Sriramulu and Janardhana Reddy were being brought together,the former CM said there’s no need to unite them—as they’ve been together from the beginning.
