The ED has asked to provide the income and expenditure figures of the family fair held in 2020 in the name of the fraud named Monson Mavungal, as well as the financial transactions of the family fair, including the bank account details of the then Press Club office bearers, including Sahin Antony, Shashi Kant and Philipose, who were the main organizers of this program.
When I spoke to ED officials yesterday, ED sources indicated to me that the Ernakulam Press Club has been asked to respond immediately and that a comprehensive investigation is needed in this regard.
Although such news has been in the air for the past few days, ED officials have only confirmed this news today.
