Real estate agent turned HBT offender arrested by Hebbagodi police for robbing his neighbour & made away with Rs.60.4 Lakhs

The Hebbagodi police have arrested a 26-year-old real estate agent who burgled the house of his neighbour and robbed Rs.60.4 lakh on Friday.

The accused according to the police has been identified as Nitesh Subo,native of West Bengal and working in a real estate firm.He was staying in an apartment in Thirupalya in Anekal with his sister who is working in a private firm.

Subo confessed to the police that he was dire need of money for the treatment of his father and decided to burgle the house of his neighbour,who had gone to Dehradoon for work .

The accused broke open the door and made away with the gold,diamond,platinum an silver valuables worth ₹ 60,4 lakh.

The incident came to light when another neighbour noticed the front door broke open and alerted the owner .

Based on the complaint, the police recovered the CCTV footage and identify the accused.With the arrest of Subo the police could detect three house break thefts reported in their jurisdiction.

The accused has been produced before the court and taken into custody for further investigation.
