A 29-year-old HR executive from a private firm was critically injured when a branch of a roadside tree fell on him while he was riding his two-wheeler on 16th Main Road on Brahma Chaitanya Road in Hanumanthanagar on Sunday afternoon.
The victim has been identified as Akshay Shivaram, resident of Srinivasanagar.He was employed as an HR executive at a private firm.Akashy was unmarried and lived with his parents.
Senior officer said,the incident occurred around 1 pm while Akshay was returning home after buying meat.A tree branch fell on him near Brahma Chaitanya Mandir.
As a result,he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a car parked on roadside Passers-by rushed critically wounded Akshay to near-by private hospital and later shifted to Appollo hospital where he is underwent a surgery and in ICU.
The Police they have only received a medico-legal case (MLC) report from the hospital and awaiting for the parents statement to further investigate the case .
