In a tragic incident,a four-year-old boy who had accompanied his parents to work in a farm house , drowned in a tank while his parents are busy harvesting maze in Lagumenahalli on Sunday.
The deceased have been identified as Arpit Reddy,son of Narasimhamurthy and Bhayamma.
According to the police the couple had only child and took him to the work place. While they were busy in the work,Arpith Ventured away while playing and slipped in a open tank filled with the rain water .
A hour later the couple noticed Arpith is missing and searched for him before recovering his body in the tank.
The couple had married 14 years ago and Arpith was their first child.The Gudibande Police have registered a case of un natural death awaiting post mortem report for further investigation.
