The Rajagopalnagar police have arrested a 24-year-old canter driver on the charges of killing an autorickshaw driver over drunken brawl on Sunday night .
The deceased has been identified as Rangaswamy and the accused Vinay Kumar,resident of Basavanakatte has been charged with the culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

enior officer said,Rangaswamy was drunk and started creating ruckus in the area he was living shouting and hurling abuses at the passers-by.
Unable to bear this,Vinay Kumar confronted Rangaswamy and asked him to behave.
Heated argument ensued between them in the melee Vinay Kumar pushed Rangaswamy who fell down and sustained severe head injuries.
He was rushed to Victoria hospital where he succumbed the next day.
