A 21-year-old B Tech student was killed after being hit by a moving train near Carmelaram and Byappanahalli Railway station on Friday night.
The deceased sundapalli Sai Mahesh,who was returning after delivering a parcel.Mahesh had attended an interview at a private company in city and was waiting for the result.Meanwhile Mahesh joined Zepto company as delivery executive ten days ago.
On Friday night he went to deliver a parcel and returning to his bike parked on the other side of the railway track . While walking on the slope close to the track,he lost control and rolled into the track to be hit by the moving train.
Due to the impact Mahesh was thrown up in the air and crashed 100 meters away and died on the spot due to multiple injuries .
Loco pilot alerted the Byappanahalli railway police who rushed to the spot and shifted the body.
Mahesh according to the police lost his father while he was studying PU.He is survived by mother younger brother,the police,said .
He wanted to get into some corporate job to take care of mother and younger brother who is studying Pre- university in a village in Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh, Mahesh was scheduled to attend another interview Saturday but killed a day before he attended the interview,a family member who had come to receive his body,said.
