A body of a woman aged around 30 years was found dead with multiple injuries in telecom layout of Chikkajala on Wednesday.
The police said that the deceased suspected to be from African origin,might have been killed and body has been dumped at an isolated place .
Some passers-by noticed the body and alerted the police .
The Chikkajala police rushed to the spot and shifted the body for post-mortem while registered a case of suspicious death for further investigation.
The police are verifying the CCTV footage from in and around the area to identify the people behind this .
The police have gathered the details and checking with the police stations across the city to ascertain the identity of the deceased .
