Seeking Central Support for Industrial Growth:
While the pavilion has garnered significant attention and trade interest,Puducherry is actively seeking greater support from the Central Government to further its industrial development.
The Union Territory has historically relied on tax incentives to attract new industries and startups.
However, with the current economic landscape, the government is now requesting a tax holiday to sustain its revenue and promote pollution-free industrial growth.
The Viksit Bharat Lounge within the pavilion showcased the potential of Puducherry’s industrial sector, generating numerous business inquiries.
Curated by the Puducherry Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC),the pavilion successfully blended tradition with modern, sustainable solutions.
