The Chikkaballapur police on Sunday arrested a 24-year-old student from Bagalakote for trespassing into dangerous zone of Avalabetta in Chikkaballapura to put it on his social media account.
A video of the accused identified as Akshay Kumar, 24, haniging to the cliff and performing stunts went viral , which eventually reached the police .
Taking serious note on this,Superintendent of police, Kushal Chowksey,formed a special team to probe and track down the accused .
The police after two days of investigations track down Akshay Kumar in Belagavi and brought him to back to register a case.The police also made him apologise publicly and advised others not to indulge in such stunts .
Speaking to reporters Mr.Chowksey said termed trespassing at Avalabetta as a Serious Offense.The Avalabetta area has been marked dangerous due to safety risks. Anyone caught trespassing for reels, videos, or other activities will face strict legal action, including registered cases for trespassing.

Considering the background of the accused and first time offence, the police released him on station bail without registering a case.
The police are also looking for another social influencer who was found dancing on the cliff dangerously to create a reel.
The search is on to track down the girl and will be brought to the station for questioning,soon,another officer, said .
The police are also step up the security measures in and around the avalabetta which is termed risky by the forest department.The barricading of sensitive area and step up patrolling is on the cards,a senior officer,said .
