A home maker was stabbed to death by her distant relative at her house in JJ Nagar on Sunday.
The deceased Parveen Taj was in relationship with the accused Junaid but stopped talking to him few days ago over a trivial row.
Enraged Junaid on Sunday night barged into her house and stabbed her before fleeing the spot .
The severely injured Parveen was rushed to Victoria hospital where she succumbed to her injuries .
Initial probe revealed that Junaid was separated from his wife after a domestic row and become close to Parveen.
Few days ago Parveen started avoiding him.Junaid tried to talk to her but she refused even for the talks and enraged with it he stabbed her multiple times and killed her.
The JJ Nagar police have registered a case of murder against Junaid and are investigating further to ascertain reason behind the murder.
