The Sadashivanagar police have registered an FIR against organizers of Kambala for putting up banners in and around palace grounds illegally .
Based on the complaint filed by K Siddagangaiah, BBMP Revenue Inspector the police charged the organizers under the Karnataka Open Place Disfigurement Act .
Mr.Siddagangaiah said that there are over 100 banners put up in and around Mekhri circle and on Bellary road by the organizers to convey wishes and compliments without permission.
This is in violations of court order and BBMP rules,he said.He roped in a team and pulled down all the banners and buntings and loaded in three trucks to be taken to the head office and filed a report .
