Biker racked up 39 violations without getting caught for year arrested by kumarswamy layout traffic cops for breaking mirror of car in road rage incident

Following road rage incident,the Kumaraswamy Layout traffic police have zeroed in on a petrol bunk attendant involved in over 39 traffic violations cases in the last one year.

The accused riding triple broke a side mirror of a passing by car over road rage incident on Kanakapura main road on Sunday .

The driver of the car managed to record the scooter picture and uploaded it on social media seeking action from the traffic police.

Taking a serious note on this,A Constable attached to kumarswamy layout traffic police station Manjunath was assigned for the job to track down the vehicle.

The accused has cleverly masked one digit of the registration plate on backside of the scooter with a sticker .

Since the police have had the scooter discription,they started checking the correct registration number with different numbers and zeroed in on the accused .

The scooter was registered in the name of Yallamma, mother of the accused and the rider has been identified as Rohit resident of Jayanagar.

The police found that the same bike had 39 violations pending majority of them riding without helmet and rash and negligent riding .

The police slapped a fine of Rs.19,500 and also booked another case under section 279 (riding a vehicle in a negligent manner, thereby endangering human life) against the accused and handed him over to the Law and order counterparts for further action.
