arendra Modi,Prime Minister today inaugurated 10th tranche of Rozgar Mela in New Delhi through Video link.
Appointment letters were issued to more than 51,000 candidates across the country in this session of Rozgar Mela.
Speaking on the occasion Prime Minister informed that The overall time between the notification of employment to the employment letter has been significantly reduced.
He said that India’s trajectory and the pace of its progress are generating new employment prospects across all sectors.
He also informed that Government is strengthening the traditional sectors while promoting new sectors such as renewable energy,space,automation and defence exports.
Pointing out that India is equipping its youth with skills and education to harness emerging opportunities he said that Creation of employment opportunities for the youth is an important part of the nation-building process.
Mela was held in Sir M.Visveswaraya Auditorium, Bengaluru in Bengaluru.
Narayan Rane Minister of Micro,Small and Medium Industries,Government of India was the chief guest of the event.
Minister gave away Appointment Orders to about 250 newly inducted appointees.
Speaking on the occasion Minister said that the government has a target of providing employment to ten lakh persons through various programmes.
He informed that the unemployment rate in the country has come down from 4.9% in 2013-14 to 3.2% which is better than unemployment rate in developed countries.
