19-year-old youth identified as Rajesh who has sustained burn injuries at the Attibele fire crackers Tragedy,succumbed to his burn injuries at St.Johns hospital on Wednesday.
Rajesh was the 17 victim of the fire crackers tragedy.
Rajesh,native of Vaniyambadi in Tamilnadu was working as labourers and injured while unloading crackers boxes,The other two injured admitted with him are undergoing treatment and presently out of danger.
Three officials have been suspended in the case so far and three accused including the owner of the fire crackers shop were arrested by CID,who is probing the case.
Soon after the incident,the enforcement agencies including the police,fire and emergency service personnel and revenue department officials crack down on the crackers shop in and around Attibele and Anekal area for violation of licensing condition.
As many as 19 crackers shops have been booked and cases under explosive substances act have been booked against them.
