ustom officials on Monday caught two passengers and recovered foreign brand cigarettes worth 8.16 lakh from them.
The duo landed at KIAL from Bangkok and trying to pass through green channel when the alert officials caught and checked their baggage to find over hundreds boxes of foreign cigarettes .
The officials suspect that the duo are part of the ring which smuggle foreign brand cigarettes into city market.Further investigations are on.
