Brotherhood should flourish in the state

Chief Minister KCR said that the construction of prayer halls of all religions should be done to show secularism. The Telangana Secretariat stands as the best example of a place where temple, church and mosque are all in one place.

The whole nation should learn from Telangana.

Today- Hyderabad: Chief Minister KCR said that the construction of prayer halls of all religions should be done to show secularism. He clarified that brotherhood should flourish in Telangana state and the government will continue its efforts for this. He clarified that the government will take advantage of every opportunity in this direction. CM KCR along with Governor Tamilisai inaugurated the newly constructed Nalla Pochamma Temple, Church and Mosque at the Dr. BR Ambedkar State Secretariat on Friday.

Inauguration of successive prayer halls

M KCR reached Srinallapochamma temple first. When the Governor arrived, he was welcomed with clapping. Both of them participated in the Chandi Yagam, Purnahuti, Ammavari Shikhar Kumbhabhishekam and other pujas that were already going on there. Minister Prashanth Reddy was present. Special pujas were conducted in the Shiva temple and Anjaneyaswamy mandir built in the temple premises. After completion of the vigra pratishta mahotsava at Nallapochamma temple, CM and Governor participated in the opening ceremony of the church. They were welcomed by Minority Affairs Minister Koppula Iswar and other public representatives. Governor Tamilisai cut the ribbon.. CM KCR, ministers, public representatives and religious leaders entered the church. After reading the Bible, the cake was cut. On this occasion, the religious leaders honored the Governor and CM by offering bouquets of flowers. Later, the CM and Governor reached the mosque built next to it. Imam and other religious leaders welcomed them in the traditional manner of Islam. Special prayers were held.

The CM himself explained the details of the Secretariat to the Governor

After the opening ceremony of the halls, the CM accompanied the Governor for a visit to the Secretariat. Ministers Sabitha Indra Reddy, Satyavathi Rathore and CS Shantikumari welcomed her with flowers. The CM himself went around the premises of the Secretariat and explained each floor to the Governor. Later he was honored with a shawl in his chamber. CS Shantikumari honored Tamilisai traditionally with sari and saree.

The Governor said that the construction is great

After that, the CM gave a tea dinner to the Governor. On this occasion, the Governor asked CM KCR about the construction features of the Secretariat and the details of the advanced facilities there. The structure of the Secretariat was praised as great. In a pleasant atmosphere, women ministers and senior officials including the CS held an Ishta Goshti. After completing his visit to the Secretariat, the CM went to the main gate and bid farewell to the Governor who was on his way back. Ministers Harish Rao, Prashanth Reddy, Mallar Reddy, Mahmood Ali, Puvvada Ajay Kumar, Errabelli Dayakar Rao, MIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi, MLCs Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Madhusudanachari, MLAs Akbaruddin Owaisi, Dan Nagender, Balka Suman, Korukanti Chander, Planning Commission Sub President Boinapally Vinodkumar and others participated. 


Amicable conditions should always be maintained

In Te Langana, Hindu, Muslim and Christian brothers are moving forward together, praying and showing unity. The whole country should learn from Telangana, which stands as an example in this regard. It is hoped that similar cordial conditions will continue in the state.
