Currently, Muthireddy Yadagiri Reddy and T. Rajaiah are MLAs in Janagama and Station Ghanpur constituencies. Their seats are contested in the next assembly elections.

MLC Kadiam Srihari stated that station Ghanpur will be one of the constituencies where sitting MLAs will be changed while sitting MLA Rajaiah declared that he is confident that he will get the ticket. He said that he will change the shape of the constituency if people bless him. It is clear that Kadiam has launched a kind of campaign. Members of MLA Rajaiah raised slogans against Kadiam in Veleru. The MLA of station Ghanpur was worried that the ticket should not be given to Kadiam.
