International Yoga Day Celebrations At Headquarters Training Command, Indian Air Force

Recognizing the immense power and importance of Yoga to reinvigorate immunity and fitness, the 9th International Yoga Day was celebrated at HQ Training Command campus on 21 June 23 with the theme “Har Ghar Aangan Yoga” (HGAY), elaborating to Yoga in the courtyard of every house.

The Yoga was conducted by adhering to the Common Yoga Protocols promulgated by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.

Commanding-in-Chief Training Command along with other senior functionaries and 300 IAF personnel and families of HQ Training Command enthusiastically participated in the International Yoga Day to mark the event as a day to rejuvenate their physical and mental prowess.

The event covered basic Kriyas,followed by Asanas, Pranayama and culminated with Sankalpa& prayer.

Prior to this,Common Yoga Protocol was conducted and attended by 20 personnel with backdrop of Bengaluru Fort on 20 Jun 23 to inspire and build up the environment for celebration on the final day.
