wo labourers were killed on the spot after a speeding BMTC bus knocked them down on the ring road near Laggere,on Tuesday evening.
The deceased have been identified Thimmegowda 28 years And Kantyappa 35 years who hailed from Koppal.
Senior officer said they had come to Bengaluru in search of livelihood about a month ago and were working as construction workers.
“They were crossing the outer ring road near Laggere on Tuesday evening when a speeding BMTC bus knocked them down. Both sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot. We have taken up a case against the bus driver,senior officer told Media Persons.
