Bhadrachalam: The glorious coronation of Bhadradri Ramaiah

Sri Sitaramachandra Swami of Bhadrachalam was given a grand coronation ceremony in Pushkara on Friday. First, the Lord was worshiped on the Kalpavrikshavahanam in the main temple.

 

Bhadrachalam: The Pushkara Imperial Coronation of Sri Sitaramachandra Swami in Bhadrachalam was held with grandeur on Friday. First, the Lord was worshiped on the Kalpavrikshavahanam in the main temple. After that mass recitation and homams were done. While bringing Rama to the Mithila Mandapam, the devotees chanted ‘Jaishree Ram’. On this occasion, the prophecy made by the priests about the coronation ceremony was entertaining. Recently, the Pushkara Tirthas collected by Vedic personnel from holy rivers on four sides of the country were brought for coronation. At first they kept it at the Mithila mandapam and worshiped it. Vedic scholars have explained the uniqueness of this river water. Blessings were given to all the devotees who watched the ceremony.

Governor special pooja to Ramaiah

Governor Tamilisai Bhadrachalam came to witness the coronation celebrations of Sri Rama. Pujas were performed in the main temple. Evo Ramadevi gave a warm welcome to the Governor who reached the temple earlier. The priests of the temple blessed and distributed theertha prasads. The Governor visited Anjaneyaswamy and Lakshmithaiyaramma which are attached to the main temple. Later, they reached the Mithila Mandapam where the coronation was being held and watched the ceremony. Tridandi Devanatha Jeyar Swamy, District Collector Anudeep, Minister for Tribal Affairs Satyavathy Rathore, Additional Collector Venkateswarlu, SP Vineeth, ASP Paritosh, ITDA PO Gautam, RDO Ratnakalyani and others participated in this ceremony.
