The cubbon park police on Monday registered an FIR against Bengaluru club on lavelle road for organising musical event with DJ sound system late in the night.
Senior officer told reporters,Based on the complaint filed by Ameerali,officer on duty,the cubbon park police booked President, manager, entertainment committee, DJ and staff of the club charging them under various sections of the KP act.
The club had organised the event on Sunday late night under the banner “Those were the days” And played DJ music system creating disturbance to the neighbouring residential areas.
Based on complaint Ameerali and team visited the club and found violations of the rules hence filed a complaint.
We will summon the accused for questioning based on their statement further action will be initiated he added.
