Sudhakar Babu stormed the podium and attacked
Till 9.28 in the morning, agitation by TDP members continued. Chief Whip Prasadaraju got up to read the resolution of suspension of TDP members. Meanwhile.. ‘Don’t we have rights?’ Vaikapa MLA Elijah went to the podium saying that. TDE MLA Dola Balaveeranjaneyaswamy, who was next to the Speaker, tried to pull him aside. At the same time, another Vaikapa MLA TJR Sudhakar Babu rushed towards MLA Swamy on the podium and pulled him aside and hit him. With this Swami fell down. While trying to save him, TDE MLA Bendalam Ashok got a small blow on his finger. MLA Sudhakar Babu fell down in the fight. He injured his elbow. With this confusion, Chief Whip Prasadaraju stopped reading the suspension resolution.

Chandrababu down.. down
The assembly was shocked by the suddenness. Alarmed Vaikapa MLAs and ministers reached the front of the podium with the slogans of TDEPA, Chandrababu down. At the same time TDP MLAs came forward expressing concern. As the situation became tense, the marshals entered the field. Standing in front of the TDP members, they tried to stop the Vaikapa MLAs and ministers. At one stage, members of the ruling and opposition parties were shaken with anger. In the midst of this confusion, MLA Velampalli Srinivas, expressing his anger, attacked TDE MLA Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdhury. At one point, the situation was such that both of them faced each other. Marshals along with some Vaikapa MLAs brought back Velampalli. While all this was going on.. Sabhapati Tammineni Sitaram left his seat in the chamber without adjourning the House.

Protest by TDP MLAs by sitting on the ground
Protesting the attack on their members, the TDP MLAs sat on the floor and protested. Vaikapa raised slogans to destroy hooliganism. Deputy Chief Minister Narayanaswamy and TDE MLA Dola Balaveeranjaneyaswamy made strong comments. A heated argument took place between Minister Karumuri Nageswara Rao and TDP members. Due to this, Sullurpet MLA Sanjeevayya rushed towards the TDP MLAs expressing his anger. Vaikapa MLAs brought him back.
Suspension of 11 TDP members
When the House met again at 10.01 am, Chief Whip Prasadaraju proposed the suspension of TDP members. The TDP MLAs Bendalam Ashok, Achchennaidu, Butchaiah Chowdary, Nimmakayala Chinarajappa, Ganababu, Gadde Rammohan, Velagapudi Ramakrishnababu, Rama Raju, Gottipati Ravikumar, Eluri Sambasivarao and Dola Balaveeranjaneyaswamy have moved a resolution to be suspended from the House for one day. Speaker Sitaram announced that they are being suspended. With this, TDEPA members demanded to give Mai. ‘SC MLA was attacked. Will they attack us and suspend us?’ He expressed his concern. Later, the marshals came and took the TDEPA MLA Swamy in his arms and took him out. Later, the TDP members said, ‘Goons and rowdies have come to the assembly. They went out chanting, ‘The kingdom of dictators must perish’.

Go for Elijah’s protection: Sudhakar Babu
Sudhakar Babu stated that MLA Eliza went to the podium because he was attacking the Speaker and he himself went to protect him. ‘Strict action should be taken against TDP members who injured me to bleed. It is frightening to see the plans of TDEPA. Protect me. There is a possibility of physical attacks during the elections’, he said. ‘When there is a riot, you go up and ask if we have rights… they have not reached you. Sudhakar Babu came to save me as TDP members attacked me. Bala Veeranjaneyaswamy should be permanently suspended from the House,’ demanded MLA Eliza.
Is this the honor given to the Deputy Chief Minister?
Deputy Chief Minister Narayanaswamy said that he was afraid where the Speaker would be beaten. Referring to Bala Veeranjaneyaswamy’s comments on him, he questioned if this is the respect given to the Deputy Chief Minister.
Unbearable rage will come: Minister Ambati Rambabu
MLA Veeranjaneyaswamy is acting differently in the House. They are doing a program of stabbing the Speaker and getting into an argument. Seeing all this, one gets an unbearable rage. It is painful to come upon our members and create confusion. Since they have no leader, the TDP members are acting as if they can create any kind of anarchy. Water Resources Minister Ambati Rambabu said that such developments should not be repeated.
What if our people were also excited
TDP members did all this according to a pre-planned plan. There are 11 of them. At that time our party members were more than 120 people. What would the situation be like if they were all excited..?’ Minister Vishwaroop said. Minister Sidiri Appalaraju stated that there was a situation where the attendant was pushed aside and fell on the chairman. Minister Venugopalakrishna flagged that the Speaker’s patience is being worn out and he is behaving in a degrading manner. Minister Rajini criticized TDP members for losing culture and resorting to hooliganism. ‘It is not right to think that you can do anything because you are a Dalit. This is a program that will make the residents of Prakasam district bow their heads,’ said Minister Suresh. ‘The Speaker was insulted. Sudhakar Babu was attacked. Boothulu scolded the Deputy Chief Minister. The TDP members behave badly in the House and go out and tell lies,’ said Minister Roja. “The history of keeping the Speaker from coming out of the chamber belongs to the TDP members. The only thing is that the TDP members attacked the Speaker on Monday. You (the Speaker) be like a lion. Don’t become a Buddha’ said Ms. Arthur. MLA Sudhakar Babu should be protected. He should be given security. MLA Jogarao expressed his concern if they attack like this in the House, what else will they do? MLAs Tippeswamy, Gopireddy Srinivasa Reddy, Malladi Vishnu and Kondeti Chittibabu demanded action against TDP members.
The attack is to get Jagan’s attention
“The presence of a TDP SC legislator in the House is embarrassing for Vaikapa people. The MLAs of the ruling party, Sudhakar Babu and Eliza, attacked me to get in Jagan’s attention. Why did the SC MLAs from the back row come instead of the front row ministers and MLAs? Sudhakar Babu has attacked me in the past too. Minister Merugu Nagarjuna insulted me and insulted me with obscene language in the last legislative sessions. They are treating me like this because I am questioning public issues and government failures.

What is my personality before Karumuri?
“They say that there are 151 members of the ruling party and we attacked 14 of them. I do not have the age and personality to attack Minister Karumuri Nageswara Rao. If he pushed me, our people held me down. Is it our crime to question to protect democracy?”
