Recently on 1st and 2nd March 2023, IISWBM conducts an International Conference in HRM at the city of joy. It has been historically a grand event that brought exceptional HR professionals from around the globe under one roof to search and answer to challenges and dilemmas posed in the field of practice on a day-to-day basis. The conference attempted to answer the challenges keeping in mind the human resources issues and inclusive strategies that should go beyond the traditional limits of the organized sector industry and must consider unorganized industry and underdeveloped sectors of work as well.Recent HR topics like Great Resignations Era, Anti Work, Quiet Quitting, Moonlighting, and Gig Employment were being discussed between Indian HR leaders and foreign HR delegates. Senior and eminent HR leaders from the companies like Indian Oil, Coal India, Hindustan Copper, Infosys, TCS, Tata Steel, Tata Metaliks, TitagarhWagons, Air India, MCPI, Tata International, Damodar Valley Corporation were the panellists. Entrepreneur and Wharton School FellowDr.Sahlini Lal was also present in the conference. This year, this international HR conference’s theme was “decoding HR roadmap and the future of the workforce “. It was attended by Professor of Ross School of Business Dave Ulrich, after whom the IISWBM was named in the HR excellence award. Prof. Charles-Henri Besseyre des Horts, Emeritus Professorof HEC Paris B-Schoolwas also present at the conference.
