CM announces Rs.100crore for development of each assembly constituency in Bidar district.

C hief Minister Basavaraj Bommai announced that Rs. 100 crore will be earmarked for the development of each assembly constituency in the Bidar district.

Speaking at the launching of the Vijay Sankalp Yatra which was attended by Union Home Minister Amit Shah here on Friday, he said the former CM B.S.Yediyurappa sanctioned Rs.500 crore towards the construction of the Anubhav Mantap in the district.

The grant to Kalyana Karnataka Development Board has been hiked to Rs.3000 crores.This year,Rs.5000 crore will be reserved.

Besides this,Rs.650 crore for filling up Aurad Tank and Rs.750 crore for Mehkar Lift Irrigation scheme has been approved.

A cement manufacturing company is coming up and a university for Bidar will also come up.

Rs.250 crore relief for tur growers

The CM said tur is grown on the large area in district and Rs.250 crore had been disbursed for farmers towards the pest attack to the crop at Rs.10000 per hectare.

The incumbent government is a responsive government and seeking the votes on the basis of development.

Only the BJP has the moral right to seek the vote on this basis. The welfare programs have been chalked out for the welfare of one and all.

Former CM B.S.Yediyurappa,State BJP President Nalin Kumar Kateel,Union Minister Bhagwant Khuba, Ministers B.Sriramulu, Prabhu Chouhan and others were present.
