Six year old kid crushed to death by speeding school bus in outskirts of Kanakapura

In a tragic incident,a six-year-old UKG student of a private school was crushed to death under the moving wheels of a school bus she was travelling in the outskirts of Kanakapura on Monday evening.

The deceased Rakshitha,student of Sri Sai International school,daughter of Swamy from Siddenahalli was returning home in a school bus when the incident occured.

Senior officer told reporters,that Rakshitha was sitting in the front seat close to the door while the attendant who dropped few students forgot to close the door.

The driver of the bus was driving in a rash and negligent manner took a steep turn and applied sudden brake while negotiating a curve.

As a result Rakshitha lost control and slipped out of the bus through the open door and came under the moving wheel .

passers-by raised noticing the accident raised alarm to stop the bus and pulled the profusely bleeding Rakshitha and rushed her to a hospital where she was declared as brought dead.

Sensing trouble the driver and the attendant of the bus escaped fearing public wrath.The Kanakapura rural police have registered a case of death due to negligence and rash and negligent driving against the driver and attendant and efforts are on to track them down.
