esidents of Banashankari and chikkajala area stopped venturing out for morning walks and other work due to fear of leopards which are prowling for their prey..
A stray dog at sompura was hunted before the deer but the forest department official not taking the issue seriously.Residents alleged.
The forest officials put up cages at strategic locations and patrolling in the area with the net to catch them to put it back in the forest areas.
Residents have been asked not to move alone and children have been advised not to venture out.
