53-Year-Old Bar owner claims son & Nephew forced him into rehab to take over property
A 53-year-old owner of a bar and restaurant has accused his son and nephew of getting him admitted to rehab centre for over three years to take over his property.
Senior officer told reporters,Based on the complaint on Monday,the police registered a case of criminal intimidation and wrongful confinement against the son and his cousin for further investigations.
The victim,Narayanaswamy K,said that he owned a bar and restaurant and owned a house which he had rented out.After his wife separated,he started consuming alcohol and suffered from diabetes .
Narayanaswamy alleged that his son Yeshwanth kumar and his cousin Chethan Babu forcibly admitted him to rehab centre and allegedly bribed the staff to torture to get him mental harassment for three years .
However he managed to suffer the harassment and returned home after discharge to find that his son has taken over the possession of his house and the bar and restaurant.
When Narayanaswamy confronted Yeshwanth kumar and Chethan they assaulted him and threatened him with dire consequenes if bother them again.
