City market police cracked murder case within 24 hours three labourers from Tamilnadu arrested

The West division police of City market police have arrested three labourers from Tamil Nadu within 24 hours who were on the run after killing their friend in a brutal manner over a trivial row in City market in the wee hours of Thursday.

The accused has been identified as,Vasanth Kumar,25,Saran Raj,26 and mugundan,25.

Senior officer told reporters,Based on the complaint,the West Division police formed a special team under the supervision of PI, Shivakumar and his team.

The team with senior officers visited the spot and after collecting information and with the technical inputs the team secured three persons at Tandrampattu in Thiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu where they were about to board a bus to Kerala.

During investigation it was revealed that the deceased Prashanth,who worked as flower vendor had went to market to get flowers at night and had a party with the accused who were labourers and friends with prashanth.

The accused had drunk and Prashanth demanded Rs.200 loan from the accused,which they refused.

Agitated Prashanth smashed a beer bottle on one of the accused,enraged by this the accused beat up Prashanth and stabbed him with the empty bottle and smashed his head with a wooden crate lying near-by.

They fled the scene leaving the profusely bleeding Prashanth to die.

All the three accused has been booked under murder charges and taken into custody for further investigation is on and Manhunt is on to nab the four absconding accused.

Finally Bengaluru Police Commissioner,C H Pratap Reddy has appreciated Addl CP West, Sandeep Patil,DCP West,Laxman B Nimbargi, ACP,KC Giri,PI,Shivakumar,and crime staff as, Ramesh Gowda,Suresh,Channappa,Vijaykumar and Byresh has been appreciated for solving the case within 24 hours by arresting three accused and a suitable reward will be given to whole team for the exemplary work done by them he added.
