A 27-year-old youth who ventured out with his friends to celebrate his birthday was found murdered brutally on NICE road on Sunday.
The deceased Hemanth Kumar,a private firm employee and resident of Hemmigepura had gone out on Saturday night to party with friends on his birthday and did not return.
Senior officer as,DCP,West,Laxman B Nimbargi with ACP, Kodandarama T,PI,Vasanth C and his crime staff visited the spot and after inspecting the spot,he said,On Sunday,few morning walkers found the dead body near an underpass on NICE road and alerted police.
The assailant has crushed the head with a boulder and the police later identified the deceased with a tattoo on his right hand.
The Kengeri police have registered a case of murder and efforts are on to track down the assailant.
Special team formed and we are trying to find out the people with whom Hemanth Kumar was seen for the last time he added.
